Pegasus
This mythological story is a common theme of artists. Young’s contemporary portrayal uses the negative shape created within the horse's head to represent the mythological hero, Bellerophon, the only mortal to ride the famed flying horse. This sculpture is in the permanent collection of Grounds for Sculpture, Hamilton, New Jersey.
